My Motto

As a Store Manager and a District Manager in retail my main goal was simple. My expectation of my team was based on customer satisfaction. My motto was "either you can be the hero to our customers or I will". I gave every team member the autonomy to make decisions to take care of the customer or I would, it's as simple as that. My goal today hasn't changed, just easier to manage. I want to be your hero in customer satisfaction.
